Complexion By V Van Tranngoc (Vun Trann Goc) I started my college education at the University of Utah, where I studied to become a business administrator. But as time went on, my interest in skincare grew and I quickly realized that the business world wasn’t my future. After four years, I left the university and enrolled in Skinscience Institute and earned my Master Aesthetician License. My first job was with a physician where I did laser treatments. This role within the medical spas, plastic surgery offices, and other aesthetics-related businesses gave me experience, education, and knowledge that has helped me build my own clinic. The best technology, products, and ingredients available in the market are at my disposal. My certifications cover everything I do, from laser treatment to Coolsculpting. Despite all these opportunities I’ve had, there was a part of me that always wanted to have my own business. Since I opened Complexion By V in March 2016, business has increased exponentially. I have a wide range of certifications in aesthetic treatments, which has increased my knowledge. Some of the examples include microblading, lash extensions, and lash lifting. It is very fulfilling if my clients love their treatment. It’s because I took my time treating them and didn’t rush. I do it because I want each of my clients to be comfortable. Each client needs to be treated according to their skin. I love what I do! If your skin is great, you are always great. Physically and mentally. It’s not because they don’t believe me when I lie about my age, but because I use the right products and age gracefully.
